Patent Infringement Lawsuit Filed Against DeGen Medical

Carlsmed Inc. has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against DeGen Medical Inc. in U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, Florence Division.

The complaint accuses DeGen of infringing eight of Carlsmed’s patents relating to its implants, methods, and systems. Carlsmed is seeking injunctive relief and damages for infringement. The company released no other details about the alleged patent infringement.
